North American growth
Québec is an important initial market and the location of the first North American deployment identified by ThermStar. Work with Énergir and the province’s efficiency environment supports market development.
ThermStar also serves customers and partners across North America.
Trusted organizations
Every ThermStar System™ is built on proven technology and specialist partners who each own their part of the work.
At the core is Lepido®, developed and manufactured by Enjay Systems in Sweden and backed by more than forty patents. ThermStar turns it into a complete system for North American facilities, with partners supporting engineering, delivery and energy data.
You deal with one team. Behind it, each organization brings the experience it is known for. Read more about ThermStar and Norrel, the company bringing the system to North America.

Explore approved results
Visit the Case Studies and Long Term Performance Studies page for available project evidence.
Organizations considering a similar application can request an assessment without needing to disclose detailed technical information in the initial form.
Evidence with appropriate context
Published information will protect confidential customer data, project economics, technical drawings, configurations, and commercial terms. Claims and statistics appear only after ThermStar and any required customer or partner approvals.
What happens next
A first conversation helps ThermStar understand the operating goal, the facility context, and the people involved in the decision.
- Tell us the site, industry and heat source.
- We compare it with installed experience.
- You get one clear next step.
This approach keeps the process proportionate to the opportunity while giving operations, finance, engineering, health and safety, and sustainability stakeholders clear information for the next decision.
What customer evidence does ThermStar publish
ThermStar may publish approved application descriptions, customer logos, photographs, general configurations, operating observations, measured energy information, and study findings. The level of detail depends on customer permission and the evidence available.
Why does long term operating experience matter
Initial performance does not show how equipment responds to contaminants, pressure conditions, cleaning, operating variation, and maintenance over time. A longer study can provide more useful context for technical and economic decisions when its method and limits are clearly stated.
Are published results guaranteed at another facility
No. Published experience can show how technology performed under stated conditions, but it does not guarantee the same outcome elsewhere. Source conditions, receiving loads, schedules, installation, controls, maintenance, and energy costs vary by project.
How can a facility request a similar review
Submit the facility location, industry, source description, operating schedule, and possible use for recovered energy. ThermStar can compare the application with available experience and identify the data needed for a preliminary evaluation.
